Royal Kraków Free Walking Tour
This tour is a basic introduction to entire history of Poland and Krakow. Main idea is to give our customers chance to realize that the reason why Poland is many times still perceived as a poor far Eastern European country was the result of WW II and the political system which was illegally introduce in Poland after 1945 with the support of Soviet tanks.
Poland at the end of 16th century was the largest country of Europe. Polish language used to be language of intelectuals in entire eastern Europe. Forthermore even though country area was so vast, Polish are proud that from the end of the 16th century Poland was one of the first modern democratic country on this earth. Not fully, but the king was freely elected by 10 % of population which mean the noble people. Furthermore polish constitution from 3rd of May 1791 was the 2nd on this world (after USA), and 1st in Europe!

But even though we are honest about our history and our challenge is to give foreigners chance to understand it, it doesn't mean that we have to provide it in dead serious way. Check our reviews out, or even better just show up at the meeting point to explore with us amazing history of so called "Poor far eastern European country with beautifull ladies and cheap beer".

But this is just a chance so don't worry. At the end of this tour we provide You with recommendations about the best places to go (rarely present in the tour guide books because many of them are to cheap to afford that), to try Polish cuisine, and other Polish flavors. And yes if You want we will even teach you some Polish! (Very usefull to communicate with both Polish females and males :).
Tour starts every day whole year round at 11:00 am in front of Saint Mary's church. (If you missed start of the tour at 12:00 we are back in the maing market square so look for our stick of power).
