We would like to invite You to a post-holiday Tuesday to a traditional Rękawki holiday on the Krakus Mound, organized by the Podgórze Culture House. This year the main theme is "The life of a warrior and maiden - from birth to death".
Rękawka holiday has been celebrated for centuries on the 3rd day of Easter, since the year 2000 it takes place on the Krakus Mound in the form of competitions, fight scenes, presentations of life of the early Middle Ages. You can experience the recreation of craft, arms and attire of those times. You can try food prepared according to the recipes of our forefathers and wonder at the way they fought. In addition, You can learn about the history of the mound itself and of the countries of the Polanie and Wi¶lanie tribes.
