Born in Poland, in the region of Podlasie, near the Belarusian border, he moved to the Polish capital to study at the Warsaw University in 2012. From the start he was very intrigued by the city and really wanted to understand it better.
He is a cultural anthropologist fascinated with the cultural diversity of our planet. An oratory lover, he has participated in many storytelling contests.
He spends most of his free time biking. He is also a pianist. He started playing piano when he was 7 and today he is more than happy to work as a tour guide in the city of his favourite composer - Frederic Chopin, who spent his first 20 years here. You can find Chopin’s heart here - literally - it is kept at the Holy Cross Church. Piotrek also loves eating, if you join one of his tours you will learn a lot about Polish cuisine and eating traditions.
