Cancellation up to 96 hours before the tour is free of charge. Between 96 and 48 hours, the fee is 50%, and after that — or in case of no-show — the full amount will be charged.

No meeting points, no rushing to catch a scheduled tour — just a seamless, personalized experience.
Private tours are also the ideal solution for organized groups (students, school groups, senior travellers, business teams, study trips, family reunions, etc.). To ensure comfort and quality, we recommend splitting groups larger than 35 participants into smaller ones and booking additional guides. If you prefer to keep the whole group together, we can arrange that as well (although the price will be higher than the standard rate).
Any tour from our regular offer can be arranged as a private one, and we are always happy to prepare something entirely tailor-made if you wish to see more than one area or have only a short time in the city.
