About the tour
The Wroclaw quarter of the Four Faiths is an extraordinary place. Like a lens, it brings together the fates of many people and groups that once lived in the city. The district is a testimony to the times when people of various faiths: Jews, Protestants, Catholics and Orthodox created the prosperity of Wrocław, once one of the richest cities in the German Empire. That Breslau and that district perished irretrievably during the Second World War.
The Quarter of Four Confessions, however, is not only a place that fascinates with its history. Today, it is here that the cultural pulse of the city pulsates. Over the past decades, the district has become one of the most recognisable places in Wrocław. It is here that the most interesting examples of street art, the best clubs, concerts, exhibitions and artistic activities can be found.
We invite you to take a walk through the streets of the former Jewish quarter of Wrocław, now known as the Quarter of Mutual Respect, to learn about its extraordinary history, see how much it has changed over the past decades and experience its cultural revival first-hand.
The tour is also available as a private walk on request - reserve .
