I grew up in Warwickshire, England, and first moved to Munich in 2009 after finishing a university degree in mathematics and accounting. Realising that career path was not for me, I have instead split my time in Germany between working as an early childhood educator, a musician, and a tour guide. After nine seasons in the tourism industry, I began guiding with Walkative! in 2025. When showing visitors around, my main goal is for guests to finish the walk feeling a little more relaxed and comfortable than when we started. I always hope we can share a laugh or two along the way.

While Munich is a beautiful city to explore, I have also appreciated having it as a reliable base for my broader travels and pursuits. When I am not walking with tour groups, music remains a major part of my life, whether I am singing with a contemporary classical choir or playing in local bands. I am also deeply invested in meditation, having recently spent ten months volunteering at a yoga centre in southern India to study yogic sciences. I continue to spend a few hours each day turning inwards, an ongoing journey that shapes how I approach all aspects of life.
