Hello, my name is Lucas, and I'm a guide here in my home city of Valencia. I've been working with Walkative since 2025, a job that allows me to combine my interest in history with my enjoyment of meeting people from around the world. What I find most satisfying is helping travellers understand the context behind what they're seeing. It’s a great feeling when someone tells me they wouldn't have noticed a particular detail without the tour, because it means I’ve helped them connect with the city on a deeper level.

I love showing how Valencia's culture today is connected to its recent and ancient history. People here are friendly, and even though it's a large city, it often has the feel of a smaller town, which is something I truly appreciate. When I'm not guiding, I spend my free time reading, exploring nature trails with my girlfriend and our dog, or traveling to other parts of Spain. I'm also hoping to learn how to scuba dive soon to explore the beautiful areas along the coast.
