About Paweł

Paweł is a native Varsovian, and his family has been connected to Poland’s capital for generations. A trained urban planner and geographer, he is passionate about urban development and the processes that shape city spaces. He has been working with Walkative! since 2025, sharing his knowledge with visitors exploring Warsaw. As a guide, he particularly values the opportunity to present the city not only through the lens of its history, but above all through the way it continues to evolve today. He enjoys drawing attention to details that are easily overlooked in the rush of everyday life, such as hidden courtyards, transforming neighborhoods, and striking architectural contrasts.

What fascinates him most about Warsaw is its constant transformation and the way its rich history seamlessly intertwines with contemporary architecture. On his tours, he highlights this diversity, striving to convey the city’s authentic and vibrant character. Beyond guiding, Paweł embraces an active lifestyle, spending his free time running, traveling, and attending music concerts. He often combines these interests by taking part in running events and intimate cultural experiences during his travels. He finds inspiration in podcasts about urban planning and personal development, and is also interested in football, as well as the language and culture of Spanish-speaking countries.
