London became my adopted home over 30 years ago when I moved here from Italy in search of music and adventure. Although my career path first led me into translation and interpreting, I eventually returned to my lifelong interest in history and retrained as a tour guide in 2019. It feels like the perfect job for a city that is constantly revealing new secrets, and I’m delighted to be guiding with Walkative! since 2024. I enjoy sharing this ever-changing city, which continues to surprise and inspire me even after all this time.

What fascinates me most is the history with a small 'h': the everyday lives of the people who walked, lived, and sometimes misbehaved on the very streets we explore today. My tours often focus on women’s history, medicine, and crime, and I have a particular fondness for London’s lesser-known corners. In my spare time, you might find me volunteering as a guide at Highgate Cemetery or searching for centuries-old treasures on the Thames foreshore. I'm always happy to share tips on my favourite local pubs or theatres after a walk.
