My name is Kasia, and having been born in Gdynia, studied English philology and management in Gdańsk, and settled in Sopot, my life is deeply rooted in the Tricity area. After spending years in Warsaw working as a real estate manager, I decided I wanted my daily work to feel like a hobby, leading me to become a certified tour guide, translator, and education specialist at the Gdańsk Shakespeare Theatre. I have been guiding with Walkative! since 2017, enjoying every opportunity to share this region with visitors. What I value most about guiding is connecting with people while exploring the distinct architecture, history, and individual character of the three cities I call home.

While I enjoy all the routes I walk, my favorite subject to discuss is 20th-century history, making the Gdańsk Shipyard Uncovered tour particularly interesting to me. Living by the sea with its beautiful beaches offers a diverse environment where life often feels like a constant holiday. Outside of guiding, I am a single mum, a keen skier, and a regular theater and cinema goer who often travels to Italy or takes quiet breaks in the nearby Kashubia region. I also admit that ramen is a major weakness of mine, so you can always count on me for excellent Japanese food recommendations.
