My name is Maksym, and I've been guiding with Walkative here in Krakow since 2016. My university background is in languages and translation, but my interest quickly expanded to include the deep history of my city. After graduating, I completed a professional city guide course focusing on art and history, as well as specialised training in museums like Schindler's Factory and the Krakow Underground. For me, guiding is the perfect way to combine my love for clear communication with a constant drive to learn more about the past.

A friend once joked that I don’t just read books—I study them, and it’s true that I’m fascinated by digging into analytical works on history and culture.
