I was born and raised right here in Warsaw, growing up in the Powiśle district. Although I originally trained as a diplomat, I realized that I prefer the active, hands-on exploration of the world over life in an embassy. I began guiding with Walkative! in 2022, and I find the work deeply meaningful; it connects me with people from countless cultures and leads to fascinating discussions. For me, it isn't just about presenting my city's history, but also about building a connection and learning from every person I meet.
On my tours, I am especially drawn to the story of the Old Town, where you can see the city's incredible rebirth with your own eyes. To make the history feel more personal, I often weave in my own family’s stories—of my grandfather who fought in the Warsaw Uprising and my grandmother who lived through that time as a young girl. Outside of guiding, I teach foreign languages and lead expeditions to places like Iceland and Scotland. When I need to recharge, my greatest love is nature, so you might find me birdwatching in a forest, getting my hands dirty in the garden, or simply spending quiet time with my family.
