My name is Michał, and I am a local guide here in Warsaw. I have been leading tours with Walkative! since 2023, conducting walks in both English and Polish for visitors from all over the world. My approach to guiding balances historical facts with the personal stories and local legends that make a place feel real. I really enjoy helping people orient themselves in the city and showing them areas they might not find on their own, whether that means walking through the Old Town or pointing out hidden courtyards in Praga. Connecting with people from different backgrounds and helping them understand the events that shaped modern Poland is what keeps my work interesting every day.

What fascinates me most about Warsaw is its ongoing transformation from the devastation of World War II into the dynamic capital it is today. On my walks, I frequently discuss the city's architecture, Jewish heritage, and contemporary culture, covering landmarks like the Royal Castle and the Palace of Culture and Science. When I am not actively guiding, I spend my time exploring local neighborhood markets, parks, and cafes, or attending cultural events. Keeping up with these spots allows me to pass on practical, up-to-date recommendations so you can navigate the city's food and nightlife scenes on your own.
