Natalia
I am Natália, originally from Brazil, though I spent time living in cities like Dublin and Rome before finding my home in Portugal. My academic background is in Architecture and Urbanism, a field that trained me to observe how streets, facades, and monuments tell the history of a place. I eventually realized that working as a guide was the perfect way to combine my architectural studies with my interest in human connection. I have been leading tours with Walkative! since 2024, and I thoroughly enjoy sharing local stories while interacting with the different perspectives each visitor brings.
I arrived in Lisbon for a sabbatical in 2021, intending to stay for only six months, but the lifestyle here quickly convinced me to extend my plans. I am fascinated by the distinctive light of the city, the calm pace of daily life, and the balance between long-standing tradition and modern living. During my walks, I focus on revealing the lesser-known corners, quiet viewpoints, and everyday details that visitors might otherwise miss. When I am not showing people around the historic streets, you will usually find me reading, relaxing at the beach, or traveling, having already visited more than thirty countries.
