Hello, my name is Jason, I am a historian and photographer originally from Ioannina, Greece. After spending time studying and living in Istanbul, Cyprus, and London, I returned to Paris four years ago to make guiding my full-time career. I have been leading walking tours with Walkative! since 2023, and I genuinely enjoy researching and developing different routes throughout the city center. Connecting my academic background in history with the daily life of the French capital makes guiding a highly rewarding job for me.

When it comes to sharing Paris with visitors, my favourite route is the historical city center tour because it allows us to discuss a wide range of topics, from famous monuments and past events to local food. Outside of work, I prefer to navigate the city on my motorcycle. Traveling is a major priority in my life, and I have set a personal goal to visit every European country by August 1, 2027. During my quieter moments, I read books on self-awareness and focus on spending quality time with my son, Danilo, who was also born in Greece.
