    ❗Our tours run in all weather conditions. High or low temperatures, rain, or snow are never a reason for us to cancel. We’re always here for you! The only reasons for cancellation are extreme weather conditions (such as heavy storms), a guide’s sudden illness, or if there are fewer than 5 registered participants. In such cases, we will always notify you using the contact information you provided when booking the tour.

  • Booking rules

    Booking is obligatory. Our “Pay What You Wish” tours are meant for individual travellers and small groups. Large groups (8 or more people) cannot join these tours, as they significantly affect the experience for others and the guide. For school trips, organised tours, or groups of friends, please book our paid option (18€ per person) or arrange a Private Tour. Kraków Step by Step tours are made especially for the enjoyment of permanent residents and visitors who are already familiar with the basic city history. For all those who want to learn something more, deepen the knowledge they have already gained. For all interested in history and processes that influenced the development of cities and shaped their today’s image.Descriptions and more info about each of the tour can be found in the events on our Facebook profile. Please remember that booking is required!If you want to be up to date with our plans for future tours make sure you join our Facebook group My City – Step by Step. We strongly believe that only through self-development can we strive for perfection. We also want to share with you the love and passion we have for our cities. Each of our guides also has their own interests and we want to give them the opportunity to deepen and present them to the world. For these (among other) reasons a special tours project has been created, called “Krakow step by step.” Our guides prepare routes according to their interests, hobbies, subjects they studied, things in which they specialize. Thanks to this, unusual tours are created. Tours during which we visit places that usually nobody goes to, tell stories that would otherwise have no chance to be told.
