I took the Alternative Berlin tour this afternoon with Daniel from Spain as the guide. We covered a lot of ground, literally and figuratively. Daniel is very enthusiastic as a guide and explained a lot about Berlin since 1961, as he showed us related sites. Highly recommended,
Our guide, J.R., showed us so many things we would never have seen on our own and provided a wealth of information on a range of subjects from gentrification to street art. It was a fantastic tour. We appreciated his depth of knowledge and good humor. I have hearing issues and so particularly appreciated his clear speaking voice – no struggle whatsoever in understanding all he shared with us.
Tina really knows her stuff be more importantly know what works for visitors, has put a great deal of thought into devising the route and locations to create a fabulous insight into life in Berlin, past and present.
Participated in an “Alternative Berlin” tour with JR. A really cool and nice guy and a great guide. Showed us some really beautiful art, spiced it up with interesting historical background information, and topped the whole thing with awesome recommendations for things to do/see in Berlin after the tour. Good vibes throughout.
Had a blast! Highly recommended.
Thanks a lot, JR. 🙂
Excellent tour to do on our second day in Berlin. ‘JR’ was knowledgeable, informative, interactive and funny which made for an all round fabulous experience. Would highly recommend.
