Bydgoszcz is just 170km away from Gdańsk and there are a few ways to get there easily.
 
By car  - take A1 highway and you'll reach your destination in about 2 hours
 
By train - the trains go every 30 - 60 minutes, depending on the time of day. The journey takes 1,5h if you choose the fast Intercity train (IC), up to 2,5 h if you opt for the slower, regional train (POLREGIO). The ticket prices are around 30 - 55 PLN, depending on the type of train.

By bus - FLIXBUS is a popular company that travels from Gdańsk do Bydgoszcz 4 times a day. The journey takes 2 - 3 hours, and the ticket prices start from 10 PLN (if you buy your ticket early enough).
